If the project costs the capped amount of $89M (and the final actual costs are projected to closer to $60M) a home with a market-value of $250K would see an average increase in taxes of approx. $240 per year over the length of the bonds.
** If the final actual costs end up at that $60M projection, that number would be approx. $162 per year on a home with a market value of $250K.
